Right now, me and Leonard Witte are in St Petersburg, Russia. I am here to research and work on my Ruysch project.
We have travelled and worked in the Baltic states in the month of April, and it was quite an amazing experience. We had the chance to take photographs, investigate and draw in collections that are not open to the general public.
From 3rd june until 8th july, some of my work will be on show at Galerie de Lawei in Drachten, Friesland. The exhibition focuses on drawing. "Structuur V" and 3 new miniatures are supposed to be hung there. The other participants are Lisa de Goey, Josien Buiter, Emma Wilson and Nellie de Boer .
